As a small business we love helping people, both local to the Island and those not so local. It is deeply rewarding to be able to advise and assist people to buy their first home, move on to their dream home or maybe get well on the way to creating A property portfolio.
However, as a local independent firm based on the Island we are also keen to contribute in other ways to our Community. We understand that even a small contribution in different ways can help to address local needs and create a strong, resilient environment where everyone feels safe and valued
The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (the RSPCA) exist to inspire everyone to create a better world for every animal.
Every year the RSPCA answer more than a million calls about animals and rescue around 100,000 animals. But this is only possible with people’s help.
Prospect has partnered with the RSPCA as our offical Charity Partner. The local RSPCA Shelter is based nearby in Merstone and we have committed that each week, team members from Prospect are assisting the RSPCA staff with caring for the needs and welfare of the animals at the shelter.
In addition, we have committed to donating £10 for every review received here at Prospect. We were delighted to be able to donate over £1,000 in 2025 to our local shelter.
