After seven busy and eventful years in Ryde, Prospect Mortgage Services are happy to announce our relocation to new offices in Merstone.
After careful consideration and planning by the management team for almost two years, we have taken the decision to move in order to provide greater comfort for both customers and staff. Our previous facilities, which will be kept as a remote office, were limited in space (only one meeting room) and opportunities to expand on site had been exhausted.
We take the step to our new office facilities confident that they will provide us with the opportunity to welcome our clients in professional and comfortable surroundings, enabling greater flexibility in facilitating appointments in a central Island location.

The building has been thoughtfully restored in keeping with its original character. Many original features of the fabric of the building have been retained and new additions have been carefully selected. Solar panels from an adjacent grazing field assist in powering the building and in heating the water supply and under floor heating system.
